Vegetable cream soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 100 g spinach, fresh
  • 2 potatoes
  • some cream cheese or soy cream
  • Water
  • some vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the vegetables and cook them in water and broth until tender. This takes about 15 minutes, but can vary depending on the size of the pieces. Then simply puree everything, add cream cheese, and season to taste. The soup is vegan with soy cream.
