Vegetable Frittata

- 1 Pc. Paprika
- 1 Pc. Zucchini
- 1 Pc. Onion red
- 150 g Asparagus green
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 0,5 tsp Pepper
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Core the peppers and cut into cubes, chop the zucchini and cut the onion into eighths.
- Beat the eggs and whisk with the spices in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
