  • 1 Pc. Zucchini
  • 1 Pc. Onion red
  • 150 g Asparagus green
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Core the peppers and cut into cubes, chop the zucchini and cut the onion into eighths.
  2. Beat the eggs and whisk with the spices in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
