Potato Cookies

The perfect potato cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mashed potatoes / mashed potatoes
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoon Herbs
  • 1 tablespoon Raw diced ham
  • 2 teaspoon Potato starch
  • 4 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Grated cheese
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  1. Mix the rest of the mashed potatoes from the previous day with the egg yolk, cheese, ham and the herbs.
  2. Now add the potato starch breadcrumbs (save a little), salt and pepper and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Form small biscuits out of the mixture, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with hot fat on both sides until golden
  4. I stewed a few more tomatoes in the pan and served a few small meatballs with it
