Vegetable Gazpacho
The perfect vegetable gazpacho recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Discs Toast
- 1 Paprika
- 2 Big tomatoes
- 0,25 Cucumber
- 1 Pc. Ginger
- 0,5 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth
- 1 Lime
- Fresh basil
- 1 Chili
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- Cut toast bread into cubes and place in the vegetable stock. Dice tomatoes, season with sugar and pepper.
- Chop the onions, paprika, cucumber and ginger and season everything with sugar, salt and pepper. Chop the basil, cut the chilli into rings. Attention: Put some basil and paprika aside for later decoration.
- Put the vegetables in the blender, squeeze the lime and add the juice. Finally add the pickled toast and mix everything into a homogeneous soup. Place the soup in a deep plate and decorate with the paprika pieces and the basil.
