Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 7 small mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ can peas
  • 120 ml water
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 pack of Gouda, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic spice
  • Paprika powder
  • basil
  • ½ point hollandaise sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Dice the mushrooms, carrot, bell pepper, and onion and sauté in a pan. Add the tomato paste and mix with the sautéed vegetables. Add the spices, peas, and 120 ml water and cook for five minutes over medium heat. Finally, mix the hollandaise sauce with the remaining ingredients and pour everything into a baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake the casserole for about eight minutes. Serve with rice, potatoes, or (naan) bread.
