Vegetable – Ham – Casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 200 ml low-fat milk
  • 50 g cream cheese, reduced fat
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock, granulated
  • 80 g cheese, grated, 30% fat.
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the cooked ham, add it to a casserole dish with the vegetables, and toss to combine. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Mix the milk with the cream cheese and flour and season with spices. Pour over the casserole. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes.
