Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g lean pork, shredded
- 1 zucchini, cut into half moons
- 1 bell pepper(s), diced
- 100 ml milk (1.5% fat), possibly a little more
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic, very finely chopped
- 6 small potatoes, diced
- 2 dashes soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- turmeric

a spontaneous inspiration
First, sauté the onions, garlic, and meat in a pan/wok, followed by the potatoes and peppers. Finally, add the zucchini. The mixture is deglazed with a few splashes of soy sauce and the milk. Season and finish cooking.
