Vegetable Pan with Lamb Fillets

The perfect vegetable pan with lamb fillets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Discs Lamb fillets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 300 g Stewed cucumbers
  • 200 g Fresh chanterelles
  • 3 small Fresh onions
  • 300 g Gnocchi
  • 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Sweet paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  1. Cut the lamb fillets into pieces about 1-2 cm thick and season with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the lamb fillet pieces over high heat for about 1-3 minutes. Take out of the pan and keep warm. Peel the cucumber, cut in half, core and cut into approx. 1/2 cm thick slices. Clean the chanterelles with a brush. Peel the onions and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cucumber slices, gnocchis, chanterelles and Fry the onions over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add the lamb fillet pieces and season with paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Serve sprinkled with the parsley.
