Colorful Fried Rice
The perfect colorful fried rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 130 g Rice
- 300 g Mettenden
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Red onion
- 125 g Mushrooms
- 1 small bunch Spring onion
- 1 small Can of corn
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Olive oil
- Cook rice. Meanwhile, halve the meatballs and cut into slices. Dice the bell pepper and cut the onion into strips. Cut the spring onions into fine rings and the mushrooms into slices. Open your corn and drain in a sieve.
- Put the finished rice aside for a moment and heat the olive oil in a large pan. Fry the mushrooms and lightly salt. Swing the pan once and add the onions and minced meat. Let it fry for about 2 minutes. Now add the spring onions, corn, peppers and rice. Season well with salt and pepper and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange and add a fried egg to taste.
