Vegetable sauce with feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 450 g zucchini
  • 200 g bell pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • chili
  • 150 g sheep’s cheese (light), crumbled

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, clean and chop the vegetables. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly brown the onions and garlic. Add the remaining vegetables, season as desired, and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Finally, add the feta cheese and stir until it has completely dissolved. Arrange on plates and serve. Serve with pasta, rice, or potatoes.
