Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 550 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 480 g vegetables (Asian vegetables), frozen
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 165 g mie noodles
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the meat into cubes. Heat a little oil in a pan and sear the chicken cubes until crisp on all sides. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Add the vegetables and deglaze with the broth. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the mie noodles according to the package instructions. Mix the cream cheese and soy sauce and add to the meat along with the cooked noodles. Cook for another 4-5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
