Vegetable Sausage Tray

The perfect vegetable sausage tray recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Pork sausage
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 Pc. Fennel
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • 1 Pr Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 220C °.
  2. Wash and quarter the potatoes. Wash the fennel and cut into wedges. Cut the sausages into rings.
  3. Season the sausages and vegetables with oil, salt, curry and cayenne pepper. Mix everything well.
  4. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes.
  5. Goes well with: ketchup and mayonnaise: o)
