Vegetable Sausage Tray
The perfect vegetable sausage tray recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Pork sausage
- 300 g Potatoes
- 1 Pc. Fennel
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Curry
- 1 Pr Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- 1 tsp Salt
- Preheat the oven to 220C °.
- Wash and quarter the potatoes. Wash the fennel and cut into wedges. Cut the sausages into rings.
- Season the sausages and vegetables with oil, salt, curry and cayenne pepper. Mix everything well.
- Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Goes well with: ketchup and mayonnaise: o)
