Ingredients
 

  • 2 Pork sausage
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 Fennel
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • 1 pinch Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 220C °.
  • Wash and quarter the potatoes. Wash the fennel and cut into wedges. Cut the sausages into rings.
  • Season the sausages and vegetables with oil, salt, curry and cayenne pepper. Mix everything well.
  • Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Goes well with: ketchup and mayonnaise: o)
