Ingredients
 

  • 4 Carrots
  • 1 Fresh root parsley
  • 200 g Mushrooms brown
  • 3 Spring onion
  • 1 Fresh chicory
  • 1 bunch Cress (garden cress)
  • 100 g Asian wheat noodles
  • 200 g Turkey breast
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 500 ml Miso soup
  • 2 tbsp Virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Slice the carrots and mushrooms thinly, but thinly slice the chicory. Slice the parsley and cut the spring onion into thin slices.
  • Heat the oil and sauté the carrots and the parsley root, then sauté all the other vegetables. Add soy sauce.
  • Fry the turkey breast strips in a separate pan. Cut into very thin strips.
  • Cook the pasta as instructed.
  • Prepare the miso soup as indicated.
  • Put in a plate with strips of meat. Add some vegetables and pour soup with a ladle. Sprinkle with cress and enjoy.
