Ingredients
- 4 Carrots
- 1 Fresh root parsley
- 200 g Mushrooms brown
- 3 Spring onion
- 1 Fresh chicory
- 1 bunch Cress (garden cress)
- 100 g Asian wheat noodles
- 200 g Turkey breast
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 500 ml Miso soup
- 2 tbsp Virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Slice the carrots and mushrooms thinly, but thinly slice the chicory. Slice the parsley and cut the spring onion into thin slices.
- Heat the oil and sauté the carrots and the parsley root, then sauté all the other vegetables. Add soy sauce.
- Fry the turkey breast strips in a separate pan. Cut into very thin strips.
- Cook the pasta as instructed.
- Prepare the miso soup as indicated.
- Put in a plate with strips of meat. Add some vegetables and pour soup with a ladle. Sprinkle with cress and enjoy.
