Ingredients
 

  • 4 tbsp Honey, aromatic
  • 100 g Pine nuts
  • 400 g Goat roll
  • 4 Large fresh figs
  • 1 tbsp Pink berries, also called red pepper
  • 16 Peppermint leaves
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Balsamic essence to decorate

Instructions
 

  • Cut the goat cheese roll into thin slices and distribute on plates. Eight the figs and spread over the slices of goat cheese. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil, then add the honey and heat. Pour the red berries and the honey liquid over the prepared plates. Finally sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, decorate with peppermint leaves and balsamic essence. It goes well with fresh ciabatta or baguette.
