Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g potatoes
  • 100 g beans, green
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 cubes of stock
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ liters of water

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Peel the carrots and slice them. Peel the kohlrabi and cut them into pieces. Wash the beans and cut them into approximately 2 cm long pieces. Cook everything in 1.5 liters of water and the stock cubes for about 20-30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Melt the butter in a saucepan and make a roux with the flour. Then add it to the vegetables and bring everything to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. You can also use other vegetables if desired.
