Vegetable soup with smoked pork

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 400 g smoked pork, boned
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 ½ liters of water
  • 3 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 750 g vegetables, frozen
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Briefly fry the diced onions and smoked pork in hot clarified butter. Deglaze with 1.5 liters of water, then add the potatoes and vegetables and cook. Now add the broth, then season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
