Vegetable spaghetti

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp, heaped Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the carrot and zucchini and cut them into thin spaghetti using a spiralizer. Chop or press the garlic and sauté it with the chili flakes in olive oil. Sauté the carrot spaghetti for about 2 minutes, then add the zucchini, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until the carrot strips are soft. The spaghetti is now ready to serve, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
