- 10 Eggs
- 0,2 Big onion
- 0,5 Red peppers
- 0,5 Yellow peppers
- 0,5 Green peppers
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Clean and chop the vegetables. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the cut vegetables.
- Mix the eggs in a bowl with a whisk, season with salt and pepper. Add the egg mixture to the pan with the fried vegetables.
- First bake at full temperature, then cook over a low heat until the tortilla is thickened and golden brown on the underside.
- Turn the vegetable tortilla with the help of a second pan or plate and bake until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
