  • 10 Eggs
  • 0,2 Big onion
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 0,5 Yellow peppers
  • 0,5 Green peppers
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Clean and chop the vegetables. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the cut vegetables.
  • Mix the eggs in a bowl with a whisk, season with salt and pepper. Add the egg mixture to the pan with the fried vegetables.
  • First bake at full temperature, then cook over a low heat until the tortilla is thickened and golden brown on the underside.
  • Turn the vegetable tortilla with the help of a second pan or plate and bake until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
