Beef Salad on Fried Potatoes.

Fried potatoes :

  • 1,5 liter Water cold
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 2 Pc. Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 5 Pc. Cucumber canned drained
  • 10 Pc. Date tomatoes
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard medium hot
  • 1 tablespoon Wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cucumber water
  • 2 tablespoon Miracle Wip
  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 1 kg Jacket potatoes

to fry :

  • 1 Pc. Palmin
  • 1 Pc. Diced onion
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 3 pinch Dried marjoram
  • 2 Pc. Spring onion

Prepare :

  1. Wash the meat, put it in cold water, bring to the boil. Process the broth to make soup later.
