Instructions
- Brush the pan with the sunflower oil. Fry the chicken breast and stew for 10 minutes. Clean and cook the cauliflower. Bring 1/8 l skimmed milk, 1 g starch, pepper, nutmeg to the boil and a little salt. Put the chicken breast with the cauliflower in the baking dish, pour the sauce over the baking dish with cheese and bake at 230 degrees for 15-20 minutes
