Vegetables with sesame beef

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small beef roulades
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • ½ pointed cabbage, approx. 400 g
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • n. B. Sauce thickener

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Toast the sesame seeds without fat. Clean the pointed cabbage and bell pepper and cut into strips. Cut the beef roulades into strips. Heat the oil and brown the beef strips all over. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Add the onion, garlic, and vegetables to the frying fat and fry. Pour in the vegetable stock. Let everything simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add a little more stock if desired. Season to taste with soy sauce and cayenne pepper. If desired, thicken the sauce. Return the beef to the pan and sprinkle with parsley and sesame seeds. Serve with noodles or rice.
