Vegetarian cheese patties

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g cheese substitute for pizza
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 3 mushrooms, as desired
  • 20 g tomato paste
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Pepper and spices of your choice
  • e.g. breadcrumbs
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Blend all ingredients into a firm mixture. Season to taste with pepper and other spices. Form the mixture into approximately 3 to 4 patties and coat them in breadcrumbs. Fry the breaded patties in a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden brown.
