Ingredients
- 250 g Unhydrogenated vegetable fat
- 2 Fresh onion
- 1 Finely diced potatoes
- 1 tsp Savory spice
- 0,5 tsp Thyme spice
Instructions
- Cut the raw potato into very small cubes, dice the onion a little larger.
- Heat the fat in a cheese roll at medium temperature (I use palm fat), then add the potato cubes. Attention: foams up for a short time!
- When these start !!! To show color, add the onions. Leave the whole thing on the hob until the potatoes have a strong brown color (they are still darkening).
- Finally season with savory and thyme (if available, fresh spices can also be used). Carefully pour into a bowl and let cool down.
