Ingredients
- 500 g Back fat
- 250 g Lard / fat
- 1 Onion
- 1 Apple
- 4 Allspice grains
- 1 Bay leaf
- Salt
- Thyme
Instructions
- Turn the pork belly through the wolf. Put in a saucepan and fry together with the lard, add allspice and bay leaves.
- When the greaves are lightly light, add the sliced apples and onions, season and bake until the greaves are lightly brown.
