- 250 g rice
- 1 pineapple
- 1 cup of crème fraîche, 200 g
- curry powder
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel the pineapple, cut it into small pieces, and mix it in a bowl with crème fraîche and plenty of curry powder. Then add the rice, stir, and season with curry powder, salt, and pepper. This salad tastes great served hot or cold.
