Vegetarian gnocchi goulash

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 packs of KNORR Naturally Delicious! Spicy Goulash (seasoning base)
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 200 g bell peppers
  • 150 g onion(s)
  • 150 g red onion(s)
  • 500 g gnocchi

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

with spice base

Deseed the peppers. Dice all vegetables. Sauté the vegetables in hot oil. Add 800 ml of water, stir in the seasoning base, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the gnocchi and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
