Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 butternut squash
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious Chili con Carne (seasoning base)
- 1 onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with spice base
Dice the butternut squash and onion. Then fry them in a pan with a little cooking oil. Stir in 300 ml of cold water and the seasoning base. Add the beans and corn and bring to a boil while stirring. Cover and simmer over low heat for approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the squash cubes. Stir occasionally. Serve garnished with a dollop of crème fraîche and parsley, if desired.
