Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large kohlrabi, roughly diced
- 3 potatoes, roughly diced
- 1 onion(s), roughly diced
- n. B. Vegetable broth, approx. 0.5 – 1 l
- 1 can of coconut milk (light is also possible), approx. 400 ml
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch(s) nutmeg
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- 1 dashes Maggi
- 1 tbsp herb melted cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the kohlrabi, potatoes, and onion in the vegetable broth and then puree everything. Depending on your desired consistency, use between 0.5 liters and 1 liter of vegetable broth. Then add the herb cheese spread and the can of coconut milk (the light version is also possible here). Season to taste with the spices mentioned above.
