Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 110 g oat flakes, possibly gluten-free
- 10 g puffed quinoa
- 90 g grated cheese (vegan: pizza cheese)
- 115 ml milk (vegan: plant milk)
- 1 egg(s) (vegan: 1.5 tbsp mixed chia gel)
- 1 tbsp, heaped marjoram
- some salt and pepper
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- ½ tsp, leveled vegetable broth, granulated
- lots of coconut oil or other fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes
A delight both hot and cold, gluten-free and vegan possible
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. This is best done by hand. Season to taste, then let stand for at least 10 minutes. Scoop out a small amount of the mixture with a teaspoon and form small balls with your hands. Melt plenty of coconut oil in a pan and fry the balls over medium heat until golden all over. Delicious hot or cold. Also ideal for a party buffet.
