Vegetarian – Mushroom Curry Noodles

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Fusilli
  • 500 g White mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 tsp Mustard hot
  • 1 corner Processed cheese cream
  • White wine
  • Curry powder
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop the mushrooms and onion into small pieces.
  • Sauté the onion cubes in a large pan with oil. Then put the cut mushrooms in the pan and stir-fry until they have lost about half of their volume.
  • Deglaze with white wine, then sprinkle with plenty of curry powder.
  • Put the creme fraiche in the pan and stir everything well, then season with salt + pepper and add the mustard and the processed cheese corner, simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Finally stir in the cooked noodles.
