Vegetarian – Mushroom Curry Noodles

The perfect vegetarian – mushroom curry noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fusilli
  • 500 g White mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 2 tsp Mustard hot
  • 1 corner Processed cheese cream
  • White wine
  • Curry powder
  • Salt pepper
  1. Chop the mushrooms and onion into small pieces.
  2. Sauté the onion cubes in a large pan with oil. Then put the cut mushrooms in the pan and stir-fry until they have lost about half of their volume.
  3. Deglaze with white wine, then sprinkle with plenty of curry powder.
  4. Put the creme fraiche in the pan and stir everything well, then season with salt + pepper and add the mustard and the processed cheese corner, simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Finally stir in the cooked noodles.
