Vegetarian – Mushroom Curry Noodles
The perfect vegetarian – mushroom curry noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fusilli
- 500 g White mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 2 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 tsp Mustard hot
- 1 corner Processed cheese cream
- White wine
- Curry powder
- Salt pepper
- Chop the mushrooms and onion into small pieces.
- Sauté the onion cubes in a large pan with oil. Then put the cut mushrooms in the pan and stir-fry until they have lost about half of their volume.
- Deglaze with white wine, then sprinkle with plenty of curry powder.
- Put the creme fraiche in the pan and stir everything well, then season with salt + pepper and add the mustard and the processed cheese corner, simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Finally stir in the cooked noodles.
