Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Whole wheat spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Red peppers, cut into thin strips
  • 1 Small cucumber, cut into 4 cm long strips
  • 2 tsp Curry
  • 125 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodles al dente. Then drain.
  • Heat the oil in a wok or pan. Fry the onion and pepper in it over medium heat while stirring for 3 minutes. Then add the cucumber and curry and fry for another 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Then add the pasta and stir over low heat for 3 minutes until the ingredients are hot. Then serve. Good Appetite.
