Ingredients
- 250 g Whole wheat spaghetti
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Red peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1 Small cucumber, cut into 4 cm long strips
- 2 tsp Curry
- 125 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Instructions
- Cook the noodles al dente. Then drain.
- Heat the oil in a wok or pan. Fry the onion and pepper in it over medium heat while stirring for 3 minutes. Then add the cucumber and curry and fry for another 3 minutes.
- Stir in the broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Then add the pasta and stir over low heat for 3 minutes until the ingredients are hot. Then serve. Good Appetite.
