Vegetarian potato noodle and vegetable pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 700 g potato noodles
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 150 g beans, young
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 50 g herb cream cheese
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Trim and halve the beans, then cook them in salted water for 10 minutes until tender. Fry the potato dumplings in butter in a pan until golden brown. Trim and chop the vegetables, add them to the pasta, and fry briefly. Finally, season with salt and toss with the cream cheese.
