Vegetarian: Quinoa

The perfect vegetarian: quinoa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cup Quinoa
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 1 Tl Ground turmeric spice
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • 1 pinch Freshly ground fennel seeds
  • 1 pinch Freshly ground coriander
  • Fresh coriander
  1. Wash the quinoa, cut the onion, garlic and bell pepper into small pieces. Fry the onion and garlic in oil until light brown.
  2. Sweat quinoa and paprika briefly with turmeric and then fill up with the stock.
  3. Bring everything to the boil, add the spices, turn the stove down and slowly let it simmer.
  4. If you want, you can add chopped fresh coriander at the end.
