Vegetarian: Quinoa
The perfect vegetarian: quinoa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cup Quinoa
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
- 0,5 Red peppers
- 1 Tl Ground turmeric spice
- 1 Onion
- 1 toe Garlic
- Olive oil for frying
- Salt and pepper
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- 1 pinch Freshly ground fennel seeds
- 1 pinch Freshly ground coriander
- Fresh coriander
- Wash the quinoa, cut the onion, garlic and bell pepper into small pieces. Fry the onion and garlic in oil until light brown.
- Sweat quinoa and paprika briefly with turmeric and then fill up with the stock.
- Bring everything to the boil, add the spices, turn the stove down and slowly let it simmer.
- If you want, you can add chopped fresh coriander at the end.
