Ingredients
Patties:
- 100 g Quinoa
- 250 g Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Millet flakes
- 1 small Onion
- 0,5 Leek
- Salt and pepper
- 1 splash Lemon
- 1 Egg
Sauce:
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 150 ml Vegetable stock
- 1 Hot peppers
- 3 tsp Tomato paste
- 2 tsp Curry
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 200 ml Cream
- 2 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 clove Garlic fresh
- 1 Yellow peppers
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Patties:
- For the patties quinoa with the stock, bring the mixture to the boil. Mix in 2 tbsp millet flakes. Chop the onion and leek and fry in a little olive oil. Then add the egg and onion mixture to the cooled mixture.
- Now only stir in enough millet flakes until a firm dough is formed, then shape patties, turn in breadcrumbs and fry in olive oil.
Sauce:
