Fancy an avocado cheeseburger

To prepare, first pluck a few lettuce leaves from the head of lettuce and rinse them with cold water. Peel and halve the onion. Cut the halves into thin slices. Arrange both on a plate. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and spoon the flesh into a bowl. Squeeze a generous amount of lemon juice over the avocado. Finely mash the avocado flesh with a fork. Peel and finely chop the garlic and shallots. Quarter the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Cut the tomato segments into small cubes. Mix all the ingredients for the avocado cream and season with sea salt. Rinse the kidney beans in a sieve under cold water and drain well. Mash the beans in a bowl with a fork. To prevent the patties from sticking to the plate later, use breadcrumbs. Sprinkle just a little breadcrumbs on a plate. Add all the ingredients and seasonings for the patties to the beans and knead everything together by hand. Now form three equal-sized balls. Place the balls on the prepared plate and form into patties. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs over the patties and turn them over. Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the patties well on both sides. Cook for a little longer until they are well cooked. Place a slice of cheese on top during the last few minutes. Meanwhile, toast the halved burger buns in the toaster or in the oven. Serve the burgers with the avocado cream, lettuce, mustard, and/or ketchup, as desired.
