Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Vermicelli
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 1 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 75 g Frozen soup greens
  • 200 g Salmon ham
  • 1,5 liter Vegetable broth hot
  • 1 bunch Chives fresh
  • 1 bunch Salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Clean, peel, wash and roughly grate the carrots and kohlrabi. Cut the salmon ham into small strips. Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls.
  • Put the soup greens in a saucepan, pour in the hot vegetable stock and cover and bring to the boil. Add vermicelli, grated carrots and kohlrabi and cover and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the salmon ham strips and heat them in the soup. Season the soup with a little salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg.
  • Distribute the soup in soup bowls and sprinkle with chives rolls.
