Ingredients
 

  • 110 g Butter
  • 220 g Whole wheat flour
  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 1 piece Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 125 ml Maple syrup
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees upper and lower heat, line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Beat butter with sugar until creamy, add maple syrup and egg yolk. Then mix the flour with the baking powder and salt and fold in.
  • From the dough, walnut-sized balls are now formed and placed on the baking sheet with a gap. Press the dough pieces flat with the spoon and then put them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Let cool down well and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
