Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 25 g pine nuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g butter, soft
- Parmesan
- Salt
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions until al dente. Toast the pine nuts in a small pan without any fat. Mince the garlic, stir it into the butter, and add a pinch of salt. Toss the pasta with the garlic butter and sprinkle the pine nuts over the pasta. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
