Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1.4 kg pork belly
- 2 tsp, heaped sea salt, coarse
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
with only 2 ingredients
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Score the belly in a diamond shape. Rub both sides with salt, especially the cuts. Place the belly skin-side DOWN on the grill. After 1 hour, turn it over (skin-side up). Cook for another 30 minutes, or until the desired browning is achieved. Tip: It can’t go wrong. It always turns out well.
