Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 sausages (Wienerle)
  • 1 small carrot(s)
  • 1 half onion(s), diced
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp parsley, dried
  • 1 tbsp fruit vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

a winter variant

Cut the wieners into thin slices. Peel the carrot and slice into thin sticks. Peel and finely dice the onion. Split the pomegranate and press out about two handfuls of seeds. Place the wieners, carrot, onion, and pomegranate seeds in a bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients well in a bowl and pour over the wiener mixture. Mix everything well and let the salad marinate for a while. Enjoy with bread, rolls, or fried potatoes.
