  • Apple
  • Avocado
  • Lemon juice
  • Chestnut flour
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Vanilla extract
  • Milk
  • Yogurt 10% fat
  • Maple syrup
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Fondant
  • Tubes of sugar letters
  • Pearls
  • Glucose lollipops

Instructions

To make the cake

  • Viki wanted to play a birthday - and what belongs to a birthday party - a cake. So we came up with the idea to bake a princess for your doll. The decoration (except for the fondant for the dress) on the dress was made by Viki alone. We mixed the cake batter together and her brother (Joni) also helped diligently and tinkered the arms for the princess cake.

preparation

  • First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Now the carrots; Apple; and peel the avocado. Chop the avocado and grate the carrots and apple finely.
  • In a bowl, mix the lemon juice with the raisins. Then add the chestnut flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract. Mix everything well with a wooden spoon. Of course, without her noticing, I checked whether everything was well mixed up.
  • In the next step, add the cream, carrots and apples to the maple syrup. Mix well again. Then add the oil at the end. I did that because it is quite difficult for a three-year-old baker to mix the heavy dough.
  • Now we put the dough in the greased form (it also fits in a normal springform pan of 26 cm) and put it in the preheated oven.
  • The cake is baked in about 60 minutes. Now let it cool down and then take it out of the mold.

The DECO

  • If you made the cake in a springform pan, you can now coat it with a glaze. As an example = stir cream cheese or yoghurt with honey until smooth and apply to the cake. The cake should be kept in a cool place until it is eaten.
