Vinaigrette with blue cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g blue cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, pressed
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 10 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

e.g. with a bean salad or asparagus

Mash or finely purée the blue cheese. Add a little salt to the lime juice and dissolve. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. It goes well with a bean salad or asparagus.
