Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 ½ vine tomatoes
  • some mini mozzarella, light
  • some basil, fresh
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil with chili flavor
  • 1 pinch of red chili paste
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • 1 pinch(s) spice mix (tomato-mozzarella seasoning)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

quick and easy

Wash the tomatoes, slice them, and halve them. Drain the mini mozzarellas and place the desired number in a bowl along with the tomatoes and basil. In a separate bowl, combine the oil and water with the chili paste and spices. Then add the dressing to the tomatoes.
