- some sugar or honey
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp herbs, chopped
- 1 shallot(s), chopped
Instructions

Mix the vinegar with salt and pepper. Season with sugar or honey to taste. Whisk in the oil vigorously until combined. Stir in the herbs and shallot.
