Vintner Schnitzel
The perfect vintner schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Pork schnitzel
- 1 Pc. Chopped onion
- 0,25 liter White wine dry
- Flour, salt, pepper
- Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper and turn in flour
- Sear the schnitzel in cooking oil, then add the chopped onion
- Deglaze with a quarter liter of dry white wine and let simmer for about 30 minutes
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper, do not thicken the sauce
- The vintner schnitzel is already ready and tastes delicious
- I served it with potato dumplings and sauerkraut
