The perfect vintner schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Pork schnitzel
  • 1 Pc. Chopped onion
  • 0,25 liter White wine dry
  • Flour, salt, pepper
  1. Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper and turn in flour
  2. Sear the schnitzel in cooking oil, then add the chopped onion
  3. Deglaze with a quarter liter of dry white wine and let simmer for about 30 minutes
  4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, do not thicken the sauce
  5. The vintner schnitzel is already ready and tastes delicious
  6. I served it with potato dumplings and sauerkraut
