Waffle cookies with quark and cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g quark
  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch(s) salt
  • 300 g flour
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix the butter and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and knead into a dough. The dough will be slightly sticky; dust with a little flour if necessary. Preheat a waffle iron to high. Form the dough into small balls. Bake the balls in the waffle iron for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Dust the finished waffles with powdered sugar.
