- 130 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 eggs
- 60 g spelt flour
- 30 g rice syrup or other sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 20 g butter, light
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for approx. 12 pieces
Whisk the eggs and quark until creamy. Then add all the remaining ingredients and mix. Bake the desired amount in the waffle iron. This amount is enough for about 12 waffles.
