Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 handfuls of radish leaves
- 1 handful of oak leaf lettuce
- 2 large plums, blue
- ½ large apple
- 250 ml water
- 1 tsp, heaped erythritol (sugar substitute) or other sweetener

Wash and pit the plums. Cut into pieces and place in the blender. Wash the leaves (I often get them from the waste bin at my organic store) and lettuce and add them. Wash the apple (just remove the blossom) and cut into pieces. Add the apple pieces, erythritol, and water to the blender on top of the salad. Blend everything for about 2 minutes or select the “green smoothie” setting. Sweeten to your taste; not all fruit is equally sweet.
