Cream the butter with 40g of sugar until fluffy, then mix well with the grated orange zest and flour. Using a food processor, chop 3 orange segments with the walnuts, the remaining sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon until coarsely ground. Form 16 balls from the easily moldable, non-sticky dough. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then flatten slightly. Make a hollow in the center of the cookies and pour in the walnut mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes on the middle rack. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
