Ingredients

Ground:

  • 150 g Butter
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 30 g Freshly ground walnut
  • 1 Egg
  • 250 g Spelt flour, type 1050

Molding:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Grated lemon peel
  • 250 g Freshly ground walnut

Extra:

  • 50 g Flaked almonds
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

Ground:

  • Mix the butter with icing sugar until creamy. Then add the egg, walnut and flour. Knead everything and chill for 1 hour!

Topping: Preheat top / bottom heat 180 °!

  • Beat the eggs until frothy and gradually stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar until everything is nice and fluffy. Then add the lemon peel and cinnamon. Fold in walnuts.

Floor and covering:

  • Line a tart pan with baking paper and spread the cooled dough in it and roll out. Pierce something with a fork! Then spread the topping on it! Place almond flakes on top and bake in the oven for 45 minutes!
  • Cool the tart briefly and tumble! Let cool down completely, then sprinkle with powdered sugar! Tastes best the next day, because the cinnamon is pulled through nicely! 🙂
